Words!

Elliot has been saying a few words for at least a month now. Some possibly two months, but we weren't certain if he was really saying them or just making sounds like it. Anyway, he now says momma (which was his first word), followed closely by ball, than gramma, grampa, dadda, or daddy and sometimes hi or bye. But he mostly just waves for hi or bye, sometimes associated with the words. I just love hearing him jabber, especially when he wakes up "peacefully" in the mornings or from a nap. He is going to be quite a talker. Takes after both his parents! lol! Even with all the words and sounds he is learning the one that is most tender on my heart is when he says "mommy"! I don't know what it is, maybe the way he says it, the sound of his voice is different with this word than any of the others. It melts my heart even more than the word "momma". And I just love being this little guy's mommy!!:)
